4. Kansas City - one of the most wildly over-built both metro-wide and downtown. Crying for removals. This makes me quite rationally angry to look at. We're sparing 670 for now since they've spanned it a few times and its corridor is quite narrow. 70, you're gone and KC reconnects to River Market.
