I worked at an Apple Store when they did that. So many complaints, and absolutely nothing we could do to help. (They later introduced a thing called the U2 Removal Tool so that people could delete it)

This is a great book for Labyrinth fans. Laura Phillips did the big structural rewrite, then the final rewrite was by Elaine May. The shooting script had input from George Lucas, Brian and Wendy Froud, and Lisa Henson among others.
