Am I juggling too many things again? Yes. Can I work on other things during my lunch break to unwind from the reality that my current project brings with it? No its quite hard to bring a desk to the office or paint a wall if your not next to it. So more Artist sculpts!

The head sculpt, now with more pronounced eyebrow ridges and rounder ears.
The mouth has been removed, for now, and the eyesockets look more defined.

Putting the clamps on! Most of this thing is glued together already, so I try to keep the screws out of sight, in the rare case I need to use them. Now to figure out what to do with the trim I bought...

Picking up the modeling tools again during the lunch break. I`m not sure how to sculpt a mouth or eyesockets without the lil guy turning into a goblin of sorts. At least when this one is done, I can proudly say its my own model, rather than a repurposed Pokemon character! bsky.app/profile/dani...

I fixed Trasasaur's floatiness! Drinks are on the house!! You can still ride Trasasaur's back but it doesn't start rising up like a balloon anymore (following Penzin's global position in an infinite loop). Still a minor hop though. But good enough for now! #gamedev #indiedev #oc #wip #godot

PSA for Godot users soon upgrading to 4.8 (still in development): The built-in Script editor has become a regular dock and to pop it out, use the context menu (opened by right mouse click) on the Script tab and select 'Make Floating'. The previously dedicated button has been removed. #godotengine

Okay, I caved. The little mecha are just too cute and I'd love to study some of the designs up close. Last time I got bummed because I got the Snowman, the ONLY one I didn't like because it's basically a joke design and-- I friggin pulled the same one as last time.

As I was cutting up this secretaire into pieces, my partner noted; "So this might be some old heirloom that's worth a lot of money or history and you just put a saw into it". Folks, this thing was mass production for its time. The sides are plywood. It has a nice finish but it's not ancient.
