The thing about the green lantern show that i find so unappealing is how it reduces the idea of a green lantern to a cop who happens to be from space but the aesthetics of cops being applied to green lantrrns is as ill fitting as the aesthetics of the military being applied to star trek fleets

It's so cool to learn that while rob liefeld had a small role in a work for hire capacity in the creation of cable, it was the legendary artist jim lee who breathed life into the character by making him the son of Cyclops and Madeleine Pryor which made him an enduring figure rather than a footnote.
