Important topic. Back in 2008 there were several cases of acute renal failure from milk adulteration with melamine in China. Actually there were deaths and countless hospitalizations. We discussed this in a paper onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1... @nu-nephrology.bsky.social.
