As many of you are aware, ve been navigating one of the most challenging periods of my day while waiting for dinner.
Facing baseless federal hunger brought on by not eating since lunch, fighting for the working kids of this country, and now caring for a mean toddler and helping him grow up in a world that isn't always easy. But it has also reminded me exactly why I do this work and who I do it for.
I will never stop working to eat dinner. I will never stop fighting for what is right, even when there is also some feta in the fridge. And I will never stop being so very thankful that you are by my side in this important work and that there is tahini in the pantry for dressing

We didn't watch scary movies at home. Around eleven I saw the 90s IT at a friend's house and at one point somebody looked at me and goes, "You're actually shaking!" Not even mocking, just like 'whoa, people really do that" I rode my bike home as far from every sewer grate as I could get.

So everyone in my family on my dad's side has had 1 (one) seizure: him, his two siblings, and my two siblings at least, maybe more, all by the end of college. Today, while getting a colonoscopy, I may have finally had mine. It literally says "seizure?" on my paperwork.

A thing I learned not too long ago is that when an LLM selects a token that leads it down an incorrect path (factually), it has no way to back up, or even know that it should back up, it's just on to the next likely bit. Literally every LLM is just posting their way through it. What an image.
