started Return to Silent Hill with my buddy tonight, and it’s worse than I even imagined. Where Slender Man was a movie so bad that it looped in on itself to become a parody, this movie just displays a stark misunderstanding of the source material. I’m actually mad lmfaoooo

I gotta be honest and say I don’t like UB on principle. I like Magic’s unique IP and characters, and it feels weird slamming down an Angel of Serenity against someone playing Cosmic Spider-Man

Bandai and Wizards are really the “which way Western man” of TCG makers Bandai gives u an individual card game for their properties (Gundam, etc.) Wizards gives you individual card games within their one card game

it’s pretty fucked that two handhelds contain most of the games I’ve always wanted to play/always want to replay. Vita and 3DS remain undefeated

to this day some of the best art in Magic has come from the player rewards cards. I used to dream about owning the full art Cryptic Command

Cryptic Command by Wayne England from the 2008 player rewards cards

A random pink creature appeared - it’s a shiny Minccino

my boy had a righteous shift in the “fuck I can’t find the one item I need” factory last night for Townfall

I don't google stuff when I game unless I really get to
THAT point
I've been running around tbis stupid fucking town looking for an item I missed, went full circle and wound up back where I started and finally gave in and googled
The missing item was literally just in the place I started

Moral here is that my friend and I are fucking morons

“With AI I can finally achieve my dreams of being an artist and creator!” No. You can’t. There won’t be a learning curve for you. There will never come a time where you understand why one word works better than the other or why you should cut that sentence. You simply are not creating

RIP to Chris Christie’s 2028 campaign, murdered by an octogenarian mere hours after launch

Joyce Carol Oates • @JoyceCarolOates
really, this is a serious question: why on earth would Chris Christie imagine that anyone, anywhere, ever would want him to run for President? what sparks such a delusion? granted, his wife might enjoy having him out of the house & on the campaign trail; but better just get an inexpensive hobby instead.
