I don't use AI for anything; at leat not actively. Some of the programs I use for work, however, do have built-in AI, and I've noticed that my computer has a LOT of slowdown and freezes that it never had before. AI is killing my productivity.

One thing I use to judge all programs is "How long from when I activate the app until I get to do what I want to do?" Too many computer programs -- and TV programs for that matter -- have too much filler. First time, perhaps. But after that, cut the crap and get to it.
