@dacooperpoet.bsky.social's "Hellhound" imitates Norse epic meter (fornyrðislag). 8-line stanzas. Both stresses in odd lines should alliterate with the 1st stress in the next line. Cooper breaks with historic form by allowing a single alliteration in odd lines. alliteration.net/poetry/hellhound/
