Moving back to Canada soon from Japan after 2 years. Something I have not missed at all is the mandatory tip industry! To this day I don't get why a business owner is expecting his clients to pay an average of 20% of the purchased cost extra, to fill the missing gap of the employee's salary!?!?!?!
