Anyone know if there's provision in Irish road legislation to allow for contra flow cycling on one way streets? Context, street near me has become one way and I want to know if it's possible to allow for cycling both directions before going to my local councillors.... @irishcycle.com maybe?

I wonder what the annual cost of uncollected car parking fees at Dáil Éireann is? The most valuable land in Ireland, just used as free parking for politicians. Effectively, millions of euro in lost revenue, to subsidise well paid TDs. But still a bike shed is the outrage. #BikeShedGate

Snapped this last time I was in CUH. This shed was almost full and there were lots more bikes locked up and scattered around the grounds. The need for proper bike facilities at hospitals is massive.

I'd add consider the bike you're going to buy (if buying new) So many people sold pups by bike stores buying road bikes especially through cycle to work. I know of a 65 year old sold one recently. Consider something with a relaxed geometry, mounting points for racks, mudguards,etc.
