Does anyone know the story on these bike racks in downtown Nashville TN? I see what they're going for but does anyone actually like or use these?

A bike rack with an unusual design mounted in the sidewalk on an urban street. The rack is two vertical steel posts spaced very closely together about four feet tall, with a horizontal element attaching the top ends in a shape reminiscent of moustache style bicycle handlebars.

I'm in Nashville for reasons but the "Nash Vegas" bachelorette capital of the world isn't really my scene so I tend to go way off the beaten track to find stuff like this. This Crossroads indeed seem really incredible. The energy and vibe there is fantastic; very much my kind of people.
