Screen shot of a press release. Text:

Dear colleagues,

We would like to let you know that EMA will no longer post updates and content on X.

To avoid any attempt of impersonation and to be able to continue listening to conversations pertaining to public and animal health topics, the @EMA_news account will stay inactive and won’t be deleted. However, we believe the X platform no longer suits our communication needs.

After careful consideration, the Agency has decided to open an account on Bluesky. The official handle is EMA-EU.bsky.social.

We invite you to follow our page, where we will keep sharing information on the evaluation and safety of medicines.
