My guy continues to be in a league of his own when it comes to crafting rich, evocative, and thoughtful soundscapes. This album in particular has an almost mind-boggling amount of range as far as style, tone, and instrumentation are concerned, but at its core, every track manages to retain that unmistakable sonic fingerprint that I can't get enough of from this artist. Hard to pick a favorite! Favorite track: Maral.

Some great vibes here. Prime ambient music to get losst in the forest to. Gotta go camping with this album sometime. Boreal III when?

Much like its predecessor, Boreal II paints a lush landscape. Together, memories of camping in the North Woods of Wisconsin as a kid flood my brain, a nostalgia, and awe of nature.
