Was given some nice AudioTechnica headphones with dead drivers, so I opened them up, desoldered the driver assembly, took apart a different set of headphones with a broken band, soldered their driver assembly in place, and slapped electrical tape on there until everything stayed. Messy but unique!

Someone else said 90 days so I'd just like to be perfectly clear: The warranty for this device should be one year from purchase and if apple says it's not under warranty start talking to managers. If you are paying to have this fixed someone is trying to screw you.
