I had a teacher at community college. She asked the class to bring art that inspires you, I brought a Frank Frazetta print. She responded “as a director of a museum I would never have anything like that on there.” She also said I had no talent either. There are people like that!

Nostalgia moment when someone posted about the Bugs Bunny short "Broomstick Bunny". Those backgrounds. That cat. Witch Hazel. The hairpins when she'd zip out of frame. Still brilliant.

That background design and colors. Pure Awesome. Design credited to Ernie Nordli. Maybe Maurice Noble?

I had completely forgotten that cat. The animation of the paw shuffles is brilliant.

Always loved Witch Hazel. Her design can be different depending on the shorts. Those shapes are great. Again, please look at the background and colours. Those lines!

I always preffered the hairpins to the bugs when she zipped out of frame. Again, brilliant backgound line work and colours.

Alnmouth was once a busy port, traces of which can still be seen. Nanna Pat's Cafe & West Tower was the old custom house. Hindmarsh Hall was an 18th century granary. The Old Watchtower was the harbour master's office & lookout (we stayed here recently). #ArchitecturalIllustration #ArtShare

….. I wish my lines were confident! Do you have any idea how much I practice and still come out like chicken scratch? Actually I like think my lines are “axe slapping at a redwood!” Not a chainsaw, just this mess all over and it takes hours to get there.
