What a fascinating read! In short, the younger gen doesn't understand the concept of file directories these days, which was how many millennials use our PCs. To me this is simply an expected sign of technological change, but for STEM it seems like a troubling issue

NEW on @gamedeveloper.bsky.social: Last year Critical Reflex, Dread XP, and Black Lantern Collective faced claims of sexual harassment. We spoke with the accusers about their experiences and asked if the publishers made changes. Critical Reflex and BLC say they have. Dread XP declined to comment.
