Mušḫuššu monday once again

Drawings of the mušḫuššu (a VERY CUTE dragonlike creature from Mesopotamia with a snake head, horns, the body of a lion, and taloned hind legs).
1) It has a reptile face so it looks very goofy from the front.
2) The winged woman from the Burney Relief/Queen of the Night giving it a biiiig hug.

Similar to real life, the Horny Jail seems to do nothing to meaningfully “rehabilitate” prisoners of their libido and only serves to exacerbate it without relief, creating a scenario in which they will only become Hornier. And thus, even if released, will end up in prison again. Is this commentary?
