I recently learned that The Player in Earthbound is the one that deals the actual final blow against Giygas I think it's really cool that Metanarratives have always existed in video games and other media and that your Suspension of Disbelief shouldnt come at the cost of decoupling yourself from art

Having thought about it for a few days, I do dig the Zelda remake's style, and it's only gotten more interesting to me as I've studied it more. The approach is whimsical, fantastic, risky, and deliberate. I can understand why it's putting some people off, but I hope they'll give it a proper chance.
