Against a vibrant and clear blue sky, and perched atop a tall man-made water wall, a pigeon bravely looks out across the city, his keen amber-colored eyes searching for any signs of trouble. His head is turned to the left, but it will soon sweep to the other side, as crime cannot elude him for long. The wind ruffles his grey feathers though it will not deter him in his quest for peace.
