Eine neue Untersuchung aus der Schweiz zeigt erstmals: Rund 219 Tonnen Mikroplastik setzen sich jedes Jahr aus der Atmosphäre ab – auf Böden, Wiesen, Feldern und Gewässern. Reifenabrieb ist nicht berücksichtigt. Ca 10 Tonnen/Jahr Mikroplastik gelangen so auch aus der Atmosphäre auf Seen u Flüsse.
