It is not a "me" problem. Look at the technical support forums, there are hundreds of posts from people with all sorts of PC builds, some far better then mine, who are having severe stuttering issues in Midnight zones. Blizzard has yet to acknowledge that there's a problem.

I have no feedback at this time but I have noticed that, atleast in the Alliance zone, there appear to be seams in the world, parts of the terrain that haven't been properly stitched together so theres a very thin line that goes through the map and you can see digital oblivion in it.
