Are you a "migrant criminal" if you were born in the UK and, as well as being British from birth, you inherited a nationality from a parent as well, perhaps without even knowing it? Reminder: you do not need to possess a passport of a country to be a national of that country.

I've got pretty mixed feelings. The principle of open justice is an important one and ultimately I think overrides my practical worries. Anonymisation is quite a bit of extra work for judges at a time of a huge and very controversial backlog.

There’s apparently a pilot involving a few specific judges. Their determinations can be found on the National Archives site and BAILII. The plan is for all future FTTIAC determinations to be published. Not sure when.
