Hey California! Be careful this election because the big money creeps are trying to trick you (again).
There's a trap on your ballot in California. Here's how to get past it.
1. Prop 40: 250 billionaires pay with they owe so hospitals, schools, and food assistant survive the federal cuts. Vote yes.
2. Props 41 and 42: paid for by billionaires to cancel prop 40. Vote no.
3. Tell one person, because the confusion is the plan.
Yes I'm 40. No on 41 and 42.

Thanks for sharing! I'll take a look. I really do like the 11ty community. While Astro has been gaining traction quickly, it feels very rigid in it's framework approach. Alternately, 11ty is so flexible and customizable it can often feel almost unstructured. I'm curious about Build Awesome future.

Great idea. I think I’ve worn Vouri shirts inside-out almost half the time. The style with the label inside the sleeve always gets me.

A fresh copy of a Guardian or SF Weekly in the 80s-90s was exciting. SF Weekly was a pretty shady business it turned out but they had great event pages.

Today the good people of the world commemorate the passing of Google Reader thirteen short years ago on July 1, 2013. To honor their memory (and in lieu of flowers) please add an RSS/Atom/JSON feed to your web site and keep building a web that connects people in meaningful and positive ways.

It’s a sacred text. And as ever the lattice of coincidence that lays on top of everything makes itself apparent: moments after commenting on your post I randomly open the New Yorker to an article about a repo man. No explanation.

I think "morg" should enter the lexicon like "slop" has. I suspect we'll see a lot more of it over time. Working definition: morg (verb): to produce a poor facsimile of original work that loses intent, meaning, or correctness

I’m rewatching first season of Andor before I watch second season. S1:E3 has to be some of the best Star Wars there is. The episode opens a door that leads eventually—through so much mythology—to the destruction of the Death Star; the story’s urgency propels you with such force it’s just incredible.

I wish all people in control of corporations and governments felt it was imperative to take better care of the Earth. There is no alternative planet for human life. And basic survival aside, why continue to prioritize profits over a natural world that is so magical and unique?
