Me, on CNN, expertly discussing geopolitics: Fantastic question. One major factor in global instability right now is that the Gallagher brothers should not be getting along let alone touring together

This is going to get shared everywhere despite the fact that there’s nothing in the article to back up the headline at all; the only quote in the entire piece is an unnamed industry exec saying “everyone is wondering” how soon she’ll get fired.

Ask your doctor to see if Threads is right for you. Common side effects are nausea, diarrhea, and Tumblr brain. Most users of Threads notice an increase in poasting, which is normal. If poasting lasts for more than 4 hours, consult your doctor right away.

Sure! But doesn’t change the fact that “Stand By Me” has almost nothing to do with the movie itself

Yeah, Pump Up the Volume doesn’t count, but these are good (not explicitly Boomer nostalgia coded in the way the Motown and Beatles titles are, tho)

Are there other examples of this? Movies where they changed the name of the script primarily because the producers got the right to some Boomer anthem that they could then use as a title song to milk some cheap nostalgia? Because I feel like this was kinda a *thing* in the 90s/early 90s.

We spend a lot of time criticizing politicians when they fuck up (which is correct!) but you also have to support them when they do the right thing or else they conclude you’re unreachable and stop listening to you

Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players & electrical tin openers… Choose life. But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life. I chose something else. I chose Texas.

We never made it to the mini museum in the bookstore Ler Davager but it looked cool. Church of St. Vincent de Fora has incredible rooftop views and also inexplicably a neat natural history museum. Toca de Raposa had great cocktails for a city that otherwise rather struggles in this area.

email: Scaled asset capitalization and strategic rights monetization for Ghostland: An American History in Haunted Places

The core thesis you establish in Unveiling the Heart of Awareness: Contemplative Meditations on the Journey of Awakening regarding [insert specific narrative mechanic, e.g., systemic institutional control / structural economic dependencies / the commodification of human identity] addresses a critical friction point in today's macroeconomic and cultural landscape. In a market requiring rapid systemic adaptation, contemporary readers urgently need actionable blueprints to navigate institutional complexity. Your work masterfully synthesizes deep conceptual metrics with precision storytelling, bringing out your absolute best creative insights as an author and highlighting the precise narrative playbook that built your current marketplace platform.
