Jim Lee: “DC Comics will not support AI generated storytelling or artwork. Not now, not ever as long as I am in charge.” Craig Gillespie: didn’t hire actual people to do their job of creating concept art for a DC film. Be like Jim, not like Craig.

Jim Lee Confirms: DC Comics Will Stick to Human Artists and Writers, No Al.

A screenshot of a tweet from IGN which says: Supergirl director Craig Gillespie has come under some fire after a now-deleted video showed him comparing what appeared to be Al-generated "concept art" with star Jason Momoa.

"Indies will save us" No! YOU WILL SAVE INDIES! Go leave a review for that neat indie game you like, share the trailer for an upcoming game you're anticipating, tell your fave developer they did a good job, go tell people about such and such game that's just come out, you can make a difference!

Hi guys. This is hard for me to ask, but I would appreciate any donations you could make to my kofi. Because of the war and the digital blackout in Iran I haven't been able to work and make money. Every cent is appreciated 🙏🩷 ko-fi.com/L3L67IUH

Hasbro have apparently hired a notorious union-busting firm in response to the Magic the Gathering Arena teams attempt at unionisation - Reddit mods have deleted the post If you haven't please sign the unions petition actionnetwork.org/forms/uwotcl...

A Reddit Post

Hasbro just hired a notorious union-busting firm
News
I've been tracking the NLRB filing for the new Arena Union (UWOTC-CWA) since they announced on Monday. The devs gave Hasbro until this Friday (International workers day) to voluntarily recognize them.
In response, Hasbro hired a well known union busting firm Fisher Phillips, to oversee this debacle.
WoTC also responded to the news with this statement which is riddled with anti union wording (in my opinion) such as the "we are a family" vibe and also "direct relationship with our employees"
Hopefully, Hasbro/WoTC is just using this firm as a "how to not screw everything up" instead of actually attempting to fight the imminent union.
Anyways, please support your devs in their efforts to unionize.

The quote being old makes it worse, honestly. You can be assured that Doomsday is at least partial written by AI. All Marvel movies end with a sky beam or the good guy beating up an evil version of themselves so it would be easy to train something to make more of the same.

It is lost in the chaos of everything today but it is bug fuckin nuts that the VP is IN ANOTHER COUNTRY at a rally specifically to ensure a fellow fascist is reelected as Prime Minister. Like I cannot think of another time a VP POLITICALLY CAMPAIGNED FOR A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT in my lifetime

the epic games layoffs really piss me off because theyre burning money on unnecessary collabs, shitty uefn maps and making modes that deviate too far from the core of fortnite shock horror fortnite players were there for what fortnite was and not some weird racing game or a tactical shooter

For my take, I really have no way on why I get so many rejection from my applications to jobmarkets. All I do is to write, post, waiting for a response, use the opportunity for the interview if possible. But seeing just the declines frustrates me drastically. I wish I can do more... but I can't.
