The president cannot dismantle the department of education without an act of Congress. However, he can apparently fire so many of the employees there is no department to run. Abracadabra no more department of education. Not enough staff to function and families will suffer.

Where is leadership outrage? Elon stealing all US Citizen data from OPM and Treasury? It’s ILLEGAL, the law is the privacy Act of 1974. There is no current executive order covering this. This breach includes the SF-86 firms we use for security clearances. This is a national security issue too!

Elon also has our SF-86’s, firms we filled out for our security clearances. Forms require personal information not only about applicants but relatives, friends, “associates”, foreign contacts spanning several years. The forms ask drug use, financial history, mental health. A spies dream cache.

Yes, there was a massive OPM data breach in 2015 that affected 25 million US citizens. The Chinese hacked the system. The difference is Elon’s aides (US Citizens?) walked into OPM, locked officials out of computers and started stealing data from inside. This is ILLlEGAL and ANARCHY!
