In 1900 he represented Wales against Scotland as part of the 1900 Wales Home Nations Championship winning season, making Dobson a Triple Crown winning player. He was a Coal Trimmer. 000

In 1901 he was aged 26 and living at 36 Thesiger Street, Cathays, Cardiff and was working as a Coal Trimmer. He joined Cardiff RFC from Cathays RFC in 1895, playing 162 matches at Centre and wing over nine seasons. He won two Welsh caps. 021

He was born in 1875 in Cardiff and became a Cardiff Coal Trimmer. He died on the 15th February 1933 aged 58. 010

Arthur Davies aged 14 was employed as a Waggon Coupler and was coupling coal waggons when it struck him in the face and head. He was taken to Cardiff Infirmary and he had a head fracture and disfigured face. 020
