Ireland has great potential for in-situ CO2 mineralisation. However, policy roadblocks must be overcome to unlock these resources, ensuring the country reaches its #EU-mandated emissions targets. Read the paper, share your thoughts, and lets collaborate! www.lyellcollection.org/doi/epdf/10....

When it comes to public perception and social license, it's not as simple as 'offshore is easier'. A review of published studies shows that considerate stakeholder engagement, throughout project development, is the best approach.

Offshore reservoirs offer much larger storage volumes, but are often in more challenging operating environments, increasing exploration and development costs, roughly by an order of magnitude. Both offer large storage volumes for both #CCS and #CDR.

Look up prompt engineering, you can get more useful stuff out of it when you give it structured questions and ask it to assume suitable roles. However, it's still not amazing and is always built of stolen IP so I use it sparingly at most.
