Expulsion from the PL and stripping them of the trophies that they won feels like the only punishment that would satisfy anyone at this point. I don’t even care if the owners were to sell the club at this point. Just burn it to the ground.

God damn it this Man Utd team is so fucking depressing. What an unbelievable shit show this defense is.

I was lucky enough to play that game with some good friends shortly after it released. We ended up 100%'ing it and I think that it was my favorite gaming experience of the year so far. Hope that you enjoy it!

I’m sorry, honey, I can’t right now. I’m busy explaining how revolutionary the concept of “rollover minutes” was to Gen Z/gen alpha people on BlueSky

They better have the whole damned intro and production for this. Hockey Night in Canada is an institution that a lot of people have attachments to and this could be a really good signal boost for the PWHL

I'm sure that "Choosin Texas" is fine. It's probably perfectly cromulent and the type of music that sounds wonderfully pleasant as you're doing your grocery shopping. But there are only 24 hours in a day and I've got a constant backlog of albums that are genuinely interesting to get to.

It was impossible to give half of a shit about what artists like Rob Thomas or The Black Eyed Peas were putting out because that shit was BORING. There was really cool interesting music coming out constantly, who had the time for that mid ass slop?

This meant having access to an endless repository of music recommendations and the torrents to acquire that music (admittedly not the ethical way to do it, but we were teenagers and, hey, Spotify isn't really any better). The entire world of music was open to us.

Look man, I grew up in an era where neither I nor anybody that I was friends with listened to the radio or cared about what was on "the charts." We had iPods and aux chords and were constantly using the internet in our free time.

The discourse around "Choosin Texas" (sp?) is really off-putting and makes me want to listen to it and the rest of Langley's work even less. There's this sort of weird smugness towards people who haven't heard it and don't care about it.

I wish that Nintendo would bring back some of its smaller arcade-style franchises on the Switch 2. It would be cool to get a new 1080 or Wave Race that costs 30 or 40 dollars. They don't need to have a ton of content, just have some fun gameplay and let me play with friends.

Read the first 2 books as a kid (6th grade) and didn’t make it to the end of the 3rd. Even then, I felt that they were boring and that Harry was a deeply uninteresting character. Now that I recognize how much of a Mary Sue he is (as well as the actual problematic parts of the story) it feels worse

The optics of having Kendrick on that song felt uncomfortable, even at the time. Kendrick was coming off of GKMC and was THE critical darling at the time. His verse on that track feels phoned in and like his inclusion was just for clout. When you add in the racial dynamics it feels weird.
