I do each exercise in a set for 40 seconds each, and then the next round it'a for 30, and then the final round 20. I repeat for each set. I just looked around on YouTube till I found a workout I liked, so there may be other formats 😊

I'm lucky that the degree I chose post-diagnosis actually has fully wfm positions. And if I hadn't had had family working in th nhs to help m navigate the complaint system, who knows if I ever would have gotten diagnosed. 😆

Thinking about living with disability and how the things that actually help me manage it day to day have been absolutely up to luck (fully remote job, good work/life balance, wonderfully caring partner, family that helped me get reassesed by the nhs that got me access to the meds I neeeded).

ah so sorry reading about this Georgie! I had a similar experience applying a few years back when it was PIP. And everytime I ask a doctor about fatigue/brain fog they shrug me off (if they don't say I'm lying about it). 🤷‍♀️ Wishing you all the luck going forward, it sucks that it's such a battle 💕
