I like how DTE's outage map makes sure to highlight the number of unaffected customers. Also describes an outage as an "interruption." 95% of customers are just fine, you know, that's _almost_ everyone. No one is actually without power, there are just 110,000 people experiencing an interruption. 🙄

I love how every time my ex's health insurance changes, my insurance freaks the hell out about coordination of benefits our daughter. And every time, I'm told I can use their website to provide this new information but their website expects the kid to be covered by one parent or the other.
