Did DoD just admit in a court filing that it used xAI's Grok Gov Model to hit the girls' school on the first day of the Iran war? Based on some passages flagged by @rgoodlaw.bsky.social in DoD's recent filing in NAACP's case against X, it looks like it did 1/

We just shipped retro-bot. It's an #opensource skill that brings the #agile retrospective ritual to #Claude workflows. Built by our MD of AI Innovation @cjammet.bsky.social. It's a great example of the kind of human-centered approach to #AI we are focused on. github.com/cometogather/retro-bot

I made it free / open source so that the broader community can get to a better/more efficient place with their AI workflows, and I think it's a swell example of applying human-centered design approaches to AI work. Give it a try, star the repo if you like it, and as always I welcome feedback.

Bonus: you can run retro-bot whenever you reach a good point in your workflow- you don't have to wait until your two week sprint has wrapped up in order to reap the benefits of shared reflection and a dialed-in iteration loop. #Tokenmaxxing abounds as a result.
A Rick and Morty meme with Butterbot where Butterbot is actually RetroBot and it's asking what its purpose is, and Rick says, You run retrospectives that actually result in continuous improvements. Butterbot acting as Retrobot replies, Oh my god.

Once the retro is concluded, it saves a dated snapshot of the session and what changes were made. this provides a consistent audit trail across every session with the model.

Christophe Jammet @cjammet.bsky.social · 19/06/2026
This optimization loop allows for changes to propagate at the right layer/scale so that you don't have to continue giving it the same feedback elsewhere simply because you switched content/projects/stacks.

Christophe Jammet @cjammet.bsky.social · 19/06/2026
After I then contribute my thoughts, we agree upon what to fix/update/change. retro-bot routes the fixes to the right layer: a specific skill, the project, CLAUDE.md, global memory, etc.

I wanted to adapt and optimize the retrospective for the unique attributes of working with AI vs a scrum team. For example: I have Claude go first in order to mitigate its sycophantic tendencies. Before I weigh in, the model self-evaluates the session. what worked, what didn't, and what to change.

I shipped a thing. it's an #opensource / free-to-use #claudeskill that I built after realizing how much i missed the #agile #restrospective ritual when working across my AI stack. github.com/cometogather/retro-bot Thread 🧵:

Hi @mayor.nyc.gov - big fan. I've been wondering why we don't just tax pied-a-terres instead of raising taxes on owners who actually live in and contribute to the city? I think we would all collectively be way more ok with taxing the rich who don't even live here and use property as a tax haven.

Same with DOGE — it’s so weird when people are Iike “gosh it failed to meet its goal of government efficiency” rather than “looks like its real goal was to steal data while breaking federal agencies and ending support for black and brown people abroad”

I think #AI companies are probably using their own ai's to test one another; which would infer to me that they would all gain a sort of shared evolution, as they have the observed performance of their competitors to inform how they can react and adapt to incremental new features.

I just got back from vacation seeing family across France and Switzerland. I just now realized that the best times I have while traveling are finding places that have largely avoided a proliferation of influencers. places that are maybe too quotidien or "boring" for ring light festooned influencers.

Been working through creative blocks lately and plein air sessions have been huge for breaking through. Every time I paint outdoors I'm reminded of that peaceful euphoria of turning a view into an abstracted representation of how I perceive it in that moment. [3/4]

The light was hitting those worn, riveted steel patterns just right. Fun history: the bedrock below was blasted away with 300,000 lbs of explosives in 1885 to clear boat traffic! Love how this massive industrial structure sits so dramatically above the channel. [2/4]
