Should also say, Susie's a wonderful *person* too: decent, kind, principled, wise. Was 1st, & only person in NZ I opened up with war stories to, since she had covered the 1st Iraq war, & knew the smell, sights, sounds, & scars of it. Most NZ'ers have no clue (a good/rare thing). Major loss for RNZ.

Many examples supporting this, growing at pace. A recent one was posted to Facebook by leading anti-vaxxer, in turn promoting another asking Peters a question at one of NZ First's campaign meetings. The audience clapped loudly, a proxy indicator of who party now attracts. WP's answer was revealing.

An early reading of potential implications for electoral integrity, based on what VFF alone had promoted to date amongst a subscriber based of 100k (likely eventually touching 4-5X more) isn't, I'd argue, marginal. VFF knows this, but performatively underplay their influence to escape scrutiny.

"Signs of Fascism" originated in my town. (Sequim, WA) I filmed it. I remember getting a call, "hey your video got 5,000 views." By the end of the day it had 60K.
