Ok, I work with commercial developers and there's often properties in inventory that aren't active. So this might work for them but they're very risk averse. But they like to do good things for communities. Much easier ask for temporary project.

If it's a permanent installation are you a non-profit they can get the tax boost out of this?

Do you have a preferred borough and are you in a spot to accept liability/provide insurance over the lot for the duration of the installation? And what size is needed? I know people I could ask but they're going to ask me these things.

To add to this, I think if we add the idea one must be free of violent impulses to count as a good person to the mix, we will have a lot of people who will give up even trying to be good. Being appropriate is a much more realistic bar than being pure.

In fact that is what they teach in DV offender classes - if you need to punch, punch a punching bag, punch something specifically made for punching, not any people or animals,not the wall, not the door, not damaging your home. Use the appropriate outlet for your anger.

About that dyed diesel - it doesn't burn nearly as clean. Residue accumulates in fuel lines, filters & more. It's not an immediate problem, but it does get you over time. And most off-road, farm vehicles do not run nearly as many hours as OTR drivers go. Trump's not going to pay to fix your truck.

Oh absolutely. By that point (post factories) she was pretty ill, which limited her incredible determination. A phenomenal mind. I wish she'd stopped proving things earlier in her life so as to live longer.

While Weil was a great thinker, she's a very poor person to follow in terms of where it's reasonable to draw lines. She used the threat of self harm to get her family to abide with her wishes. It's fair to say she died of ideological consistency. Not really great.

I just want to honor the truth of what you're going through. After the children are grown and the parents are dead, it leaves one really adrift. And it hurts. But - it is also a freedom that's quite nice once it stops being terrifying.

Finding out Renee's Mom is a Trump supporter just makes it all worse. You know that relationship between daughter & mother had to be somewhat fraught. To know she supported the people who wanted to & did kill her, for ideological reasons.
