I keep seeing this reposted so for additional context this guy runs an AI slop app to make entire mobile games, he is literally part of the problem. Yes mobile games are predatory, the big ones are always profiling/manipulating you behind the scenes it's how they are designed to begin with.

I think it’s more meaningful to say “yeah, this art meant a lot to me at one point, but now that I’m older and can see the harm supporting it, I’ve moved on” vs “I never REALLY liked this art.” It’s growth to realize that something that once resonated with you has no place any more.
