A narrow no victory, some EU officials trying to already spin this as a huge increase in support from Iceland (I guess, but irrelevant. Ya lost). It might be a bit damning that despite Trump's Arctic adventurism the EU still hasn't done enough in almost 20 years to make itself sufficiently appealing
