This is one of those horrors where I would really like to see Aotearoa and other countries stepping up to condemn this. Livestreaming military executions is so far outside the bounds of acceptable conduct for countries in shared military alliances. It warrants public comment from Peters or Luxon.

I’m STRESSED. The pain in my hands Ive always pushed thru with my cross stitching as it’s worth it for my mental health & getting a bit of income each year. The pain is now preventing me from stitching, I’ve done no stitching in 3 days now. If I lose the ability to stitch I don’t know how I’ll cope.

My pain’s been much worse the last few months. I haven’t been able to stitch as much. I’d normally by this time be nearly finished my large cross stitch that I sell yearly to get us through Christmas. I’m only halfway, so I’m not going to finish in time. I’m gutted. Dec/Jan are going to be tough.

In the 12 yrs I’ve been unable to work, if I’d been able to work a 40hr a week job, & for arguments sake, I stayed at minimum wage the entire time, I lost out on a MINIMUM of $600,000 in earnings, & received zero support other than the short period where my partner & I split.
