I do this even at home if one or more of the kiddos is sick/taking paracetamol and ibuprofen. You ever try to remember the timing of 2 types of meds across 3+ people? Plus symptoms/progression of illness? No thanks I'll just write it all down. Has saved my biscuit more than once!

Remember when they'd announce in the cabin that we were leaving so it was time for anyone without a ticket to get off the plane? We used to help my grandma into her seat, stow her bag up to, get her settled then leave before the door closed. Long ago and far away!

Last month I got a flat tire. Called Volvo Assistance, and their AI supposedly booked a repair truck. After 90min called back via the app and got to a human. Turns out the AI hadn't booked anything. 🤬 Human who booked us got things up and running in 30min. Bring back the humans in call centers!
