I do this even at home if one or more of the kiddos is sick/taking paracetamol and ibuprofen.
You ever try to remember the timing of 2 types of meds across 3+ people? Plus symptoms/progression of illness? No thanks I'll just write it all down. Has saved my biscuit more than once!
@grumpyleigh.bsky.socialADVICE: If you or a loved one are in the hospital, write down everything. Nurse/doc so and so said I had to stop taking (med) for this reason. All up to and including discharge instructions. The first thing they teach you in nursing school is document everything. Same goes other way around.
