To begin healing the trauma of the separate self, change your relationship with You. Learn to be nice to yourself. Come up with sweet words to address yourself. Learn to smile at yourself in a mirror and say, “I love you.” Start there, M or F. Most can’t even do this. It’s a huge baby step forward

That game is already lost. We’ve surrendered completely. The only remaining option is a radical re-evaluation and rejection of our identity as a thought-controlled separate self (the ego). We won’t survive much longer as species if we continue to insist that we are a fear-driven hallucination.
