John Fetterman is the only Democrat in the Senate who voted against defending the separation of powers. Despite nearly all Democrats backing the resolution, they still didn’t have the vote. The tally came in 53–47. One Republican, Rand Paul of Kentucky, voted with the Democrats; and one Democrat, John Fetterman of Pennsylvania, voted against the resolution.
