Happening now: Montana's Senate Judiciary is hearing a bill that would impose a 25 year statute of limitations on ADULT trans care. It could result in a ban of all trans care in Montana given that physicians would be uninsurable - normal statute for medical care is 2 years. Watch here.

Major breaking trans news: The States of Washington, Minnesota, and Oregon have sued the Trump administration to block it from enforcing a national gender affirming care ban for those under 19 years of age. This is the second major lawsuit over Trump's trans ban EO. Docs to come.

If you’re cis & you want trans folks to know they’re valid and cared for, here’s a tip: Don’t say it to a trans person. Go talk to a cis person. Talk to your dad. Your coworker. Your friends. Ask if they know whats going on. Ask if they have uncertainties when it comes to the ~trans issue.~

I'm curious what the many, many (too many) Federal contractors in the DC area are doing? You know, the ones that have to send their employees to work at a place they may be in danger and certainly can't use the bathroom onsite for an 8 hour day. These people are not government employees. ?
