Public comment is now open for passport gender marker changes. You can go here to go to each of the three proposed passport rules, and submit comment. My suggestion: be unique, argue for trans-inclusive policies, against the constitutionality of the changes, etc. www.reddit.com/r/Passports/...

Numb can be dangerous. Better to just take as many breaks as you can to REALLY (mentally and physically) get away from the shit for a while. Even when it is only for a moment. There is no other way to have lasting endurance.

Major breaking trans news: The ACLU has launched a lawsuit on behalf of 7 transgender people affected by Trump’s passport ban. Incredible filing. The Trump admin is now swarmed with lawsuits over discriminatory and illegal executive orders.

One of these days we're gonna have to reckon with the fact that "money that I spend which does not directly benefit me is a waste" is a popular sentiment. I think we should state plainly that this is selfish on its face. And stupid when you have awareness which extends beyond your nose.

Happening now: Montana's Senate Judiciary is hearing a bill that would impose a 25 year statute of limitations on ADULT trans care. It could result in a ban of all trans care in Montana given that physicians would be uninsurable - normal statute for medical care is 2 years. Watch here.

Major breaking trans news: The States of Washington, Minnesota, and Oregon have sued the Trump administration to block it from enforcing a national gender affirming care ban for those under 19 years of age. This is the second major lawsuit over Trump's trans ban EO. Docs to come.

If you’re cis & you want trans folks to know they’re valid and cared for, here’s a tip: Don’t say it to a trans person. Go talk to a cis person. Talk to your dad. Your coworker. Your friends. Ask if they know whats going on. Ask if they have uncertainties when it comes to the ~trans issue.~

They did ... the whole point was rejecting monarchy ... it's our fault we haven't utilized and we even poisoned the tools we were given. Again, the whole point of the previous revolution was rejecting just this kind of monarchy.

The more I look at the craziness in the world right now the more I think that an Independent Scotland could be a beacon of sanity. A nation run for the wellbeing and benefit of those who live in it, not those who own it. We have nothing to lose but Westminster shackles! #ScottishIndependence
