Not terribly pleased with my time today, I’ll probably need to take it easier before I run much more. Left IT band was bothering me, and my right leg from my hip to my foot felt really bad. Slowed up a lot on my way back to try not to make anything worse.

When you pass a cop shooting radar when you’re doing almost double the speed limit and your heart rate doesn’t even go up…you just may be a little too numb in life :-D And yet, somehow, I don’t feel numb enough yet. Numb to the wrong things, perhaps. Life is just…really life-ing.
