So I'm not sure it's the right fit for @standard-reader.app but I added an EPUB and PDF download for books. I've got a simple opds endpoint and I'm working on a kosync endpoint for KOReader. I think the opds endpoint could be a cool add-on for standard reader

Continuing my summer of moat building. This time a new strategy I'm dubbing The Mont-Saint-Michel. Rather than building a moat focus on building your castle and let the moat come to you. It needs some refinement because while there was excellent short term success we did have long term failure
