This year I haven’t bought a single salad ingredient. Constant salads n veg for 5mths.Here’s 6 of 10 pumpkins.All produce is prev yrs seeds.No chemicals or sprays.Will sort out autumn & fallow some ground over winter.Always grateful to Mother Nature for giving abundance. 💚🎃🥒🍅🥬 #clean #gardening

Went to the sea, to see what I could see. Sat in shade closed my eyes, listened to waves. Walked along sands barefoot felt softness between my toes.Soft breeze sprinkles sea water to my face.
