They bickered about what to name it, pretend-fighting over names from each of their family trees. They each had a ridiculous middle name and insisted it was perfect to pass on. It's one of our favorite memories, seeing them joke together

When my BIL graduated from college, we drove spouse's grandmas to campus together. One Norwegian, one Swedish, they did not get along. With both of them sitting like a little salt-and-pepper set in the enormous backset, spouse told them I was pregnant with our first child. They were delighted.

Other kid leaned how to do an oil change on this car, and the intricacies of the master cylinder, and then was SO pissed when Covid meant she couldn’t drive it to her prom.

When I came back from Russia, my fiancé picked me up from the airport in this car. We gave Paul Wellstone a ride home from the Winter Carnival in this car. We drove this car on the High Holy Days like Labor Day and going to the county fair. The kid in the tux lost his first tooth in this car.
