Tim Wilson is sad younger generations can’t get a sturdy foot on the property ladder. But as the intergenerational report shows, the older ones are pulling up the ladder behind them.

It’s 3:20am. I’m still sitting with mum in Emergency. We’ve been here since 5pm yesterday. Mum went walking to the shops yesterday, alone. It’s about a 2km walk. On her way home she fell. A woman driving by stopped, picked her up and took her to the local hospital emergency room. We’re still here.

Embarrassing. By showing up Hanson “passed the test” Fuck me dead, how do you get to such a position of supine pointlessness?
By showing up today Pauline Hanson passed the test. More exposure for our potential leaders will lead to more informed voters – that should be encouraged. By wading out of familiar waters, the senator’s message got to more voters, and more voters had the chance to evaluate Hanson’s vision and policy. Clearly not all of that policy and vision was fully formed, but that’s not out of the ordinary for this time in the electoral cycle.
