Here’s to 33 👯🎉 I heard it’s supposed to be a good one, so bring it on 🍿 Started with surprise good news & lovely company! Also found out I’m great at space invaders 👾Who knew! Lovely arcade time with my wifey until we got overstimulated & walked home to the score of The Testament of Ann Lee 😅
Casper and his spouse at the arcade. The background is neon colored game machines. They’re sitting in red chairs. He’s a white transmasc person wearing a black hat, glasses, a black face mask, a pink-purple scarf, a tight denim vest and a floral button up. She’s a white trans woman with a blond undercut also wearing a black face mask, as well as a black and white stripe shirt, gray pants, and turquoise suspenders.

Graphic against a starry space background with "OUT NOW!" in white letters at the top.

Centered is the book cover for The Last Infinity by Alexis Ames, featuring a person in a futuristic helmet and space suit looking toward a glowing light edge.

Surrounding the cover is the following floating text:
- Left side: Time travel; Found family; mlm and wlw relationships; I’ll love you in every reality.
- Right side: Disabled MCs; Chronic illness; Androids and robots; Set on Mars.

Text along the bottom reads: Available on Amazon, Kobo, Smashwords, and more!
Graphic with a starry, deep-space nebula background and a red planet centered behind a book blurb. The blurb reads:

Cal Hunter is a cryo, a person who was cryogenically frozen after his death in the 22nd century. Resurrected four hundred years later, he now lives in the 26th century and works as a time traveler for the time agency on Mars.

After a mission goes disastrously wrong, Cal returns to his present to find that he’s seriously altered the timeline. All life on Earth and the Moon has been wiped out, leaving only a failing settlement on Mars of fewer than two thousand people. Even worse, Cal can no longer time travel due to his injuries.

The only person who can fix the timeline is Renata Carr, a teenager from the 20th century. She’s brought out of cryogenic suspension, and a reluctant Cal is put in charge not only of her training, but also her well-being. Meanwhile, Renata grapples with the grief of waking up in a strange century on another world while also coming of age—and falling in love with the daughter of one of Cal’s friends.

When disaster strikes the settlement, the timeline for humanity’s demise rapidly speeds up. While Cal knows he must send Renata on a mission she isn’t ready for, and which will likely kill her, he is torn between saving humanity’s past, present, and future, or the girl he’s come to see as a daughter.

1. Ignoring the series that shan’t be named, it’s probably “A Christmas Carol”! I love relistening to the audio book (Tim Curry’s version is my favorite) every December 👻
S&S’s A Christmas Carol book cover. It’s a beautiful illustration of a ghost silhouette with Scrooge inside holding a lantern and a walking stick and London’s skyline in the background. There’s also mistletoe, stars, chains, and a clock around it. Everything is in dark blue, warm yellow, and Christmas-y red tones.

On the left of the cover, it says: Preorder the ebook now! To the right of it, it says: Paperback coming soon!

The Reverent cover is various shades of teal and light turquoise with different illustrations and the title + contributor names on the cover. From top to bottom, we see:

Dark teal vines over the light teal background that, in a slightly circular motion frame the rest of the illustrations. In the upper corners are a half-moon, a flower and leaves, and a snake. Between them is a curved banner with the white text: QUINTON LI PRESENTS Under the banner is the illustration of a sun with a lighter teal face and dark cheek circles. It’s looking to the right side.

The title is different shades of light teal/turquoise flowing into each other and embossed. It says REVERENT. Above the letters E and R is a white halo. Behind the title are dark teal wings with crossed longswords in front of them. The wings and sword illustration carried on below the title ad behind the sub-headline which is AN ANTHOLOGY OF DIVINITY. On both sides next to the sub-headline are lighter teal illustrations of electrical computer chips.

In the middle below the wings is a candle surrounded by four leaves. Below is black text with the names of all contributors.

On either side of the text is a fem-presenting person with one arm reaching toward the title above and one arm floating toward the end of the contributor names. They have light teal skin and thick black hair which reaches halfway down their back. They’re looking up at the title and are wearing a long simple dress without sleeves and a thin belt around the waist.

Love that prompt 😄 Here are a few unhinged ao3 for my upcoming short story about snarky God lovingly calling out a disabled enby until they start valuing themself. It’s part of a wonderful anthology, edited by @itsquinnli.bsky.social ❤️ ARCs are going out soon 👀 Application is in my bio! #BookSky
The image shows the mock cover of the short story POSTS FROM GOD with ao3 tags around it. The cover has a red-gray background of a rainy street near Times Square. In front of it is the black silhouette of a person with sketched gray wings attached. The title is written in a painting strokes white font. Beneath it, it says „FT. IN REVERENT: AN ANTHOLOGY OF DIVINITY“.
On the right lower corner, next to the cover, is white text that says „ARCS for Reverent: An Anthology of Divinity are going out soon! Check my bio link for more :)“
There are 7 ao3 tags screenshots around the cover. They say the following:
- Catholicism as written by a heathen
- I will therapize the reader via this fanfic
- in my opinion I’m tiptoeing on the fine line between hilarity and heartbreak
- Purposeful miscommunication (aka: lying through your fucking teeth)
- repressed emotions in a trench coat
- Self insert, not myself but probably someones self, if youre unlucky enough to be the self here im so sorry
- despite all this, an underlying theme of hope

Be wiser than me. Get yourself an ARC of Artifice & Access: A Disability in Fantasy Anthology, so you don't end up screaming at the wall! We’re here. We’re disabled (& probably queer 😜). Stop trying to save us by erasing us.
A trope map for “Artifice & Access: An Anthology of Disability in Fantasy”.
The muted light green marble background has the cover in front of it as well as white arrows and tropes in white font. The cover is a lovely teal with various illustrations from the stories on it. We see a giant snake with a person on top, mushrooms, a person in a wheelchair, and another person to their right with a prosthetic leg. There are subs and swords and mushrooms as well. The title is above the illustration in an old timet silver font and there's a very light turquoise, mostly white frame around it.
The tropes say the following.
“Disability rep on every page”
“Fairytales”
“Cozy fantasy”
“Happily ever after”
“Found family”
“Magical powers”
